[0:12] because I'm so excited because we're dropping into the feed to talk about our

[0:15] first show in the UK the United Kingdom is what that stands for that's a little

[0:23] fact for you our audience is already learning they've learned two things we're

[0:27] doing a show in the UK two shows actually in one night and also that UK

[0:31] stands for a United Kingdom now Dan what are the constituent countries that make

[0:35] up the United Kingdom well let's see there's there's England mm-hmm and

[0:42] Scotland yeah is is Northern Ireland still part of the UK or sure uh-huh and

[0:51] what's Wales situation and Wales is also part of the UK Dan ten out of ten as

[0:57] they would say in in the UK we're going to England Dan we're doing shows in

[1:01] England that I'll be bringing as you can see Dan has researched heavily Dan what

[1:07] city in England are we going to be appearing in we're going to Oxford

[1:13] Oxford England will be appearing as part of the st. audio podcast festival the

[1:20] first year of the st. audio podcast festival we all remember praying to st.

[1:26] audio the patron saint of podcasts mm-hmm and assorted audio and sound

[1:31] effects the st. audio also covers foley art I think that's actually how he was

[1:35] murdered was well providing folio in ancient Rome more facts that you can't

[1:43] test them you can't there's no way to unprove that is that fact that Ellie

[1:47] just say hey let's give them some more useful facts like when the show is gonna

[1:50] be and what's going on okay the show is happening on May 24th Friday May 24th

[1:59] here in the u.s. that would be 524 across the pond I believe it's 24 5 but

[2:06] anyway we're gonna be appearing hopefully the audience will be heck

[2:23] early show and there's a late show one at 7 p.m. and one at 9 p.m. what are we

[2:29] talking about two classics that totally represent England top to bottom just the

[2:37] twin gems of British cinema the Avengers from 1998 which is of course actually a

[2:44] Hollywood movie but it is based on yes the beloved 60s British spy program

[2:51] television program that had Diana Rigg as Emma Peel and she's not in the movie

[2:56] though Patrick Steve's oh not in the movie oh yes

[3:00] we're Thurman and Ralph Fiennes are in this one and that's the Avengers we're

[3:03] talking about not the Marvel one and for the late show another equally beloved

[3:10] British icon we'll be talking about the Spice Girls in their film Spice World

[3:15] it's a Spice World we're just living in it there's human over there it's a spice

[3:21] spice spice spice world that's for sure that's 7 p.m. on May 24th we're talking

[3:26] the Avengers 9 p.m. on May 24th we're talking Spice World two separate shows

[3:31] you'll need separate tickets for those shows but for anyone who's been to a

[3:34] live flop house show you know the shows are different because we're making it up

[3:39] as we go along for the most part but this is the UK you haven't seen a live

[3:43] flop house show possibly because we've never done one over there so we're very

[3:46] excited about doing our PowerPoint presentations we talked about the movies

[3:50] maybe we'll take questions from the audience I hope so because we get to

[3:53] hear more accents that way as opposed to the American accents we're used to

[3:56] hearing like mine right now yeah this is the very first time we're leaving the

[4:01] continent of North America as a podcast and it is coming to you in Oxford and if
